I was really hoping this would feel cozy, but the fabric ended up feeling rough after just a few days. Definitely not the soft, comfy material I was expecting!!

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about buying this: I got mine last month, it’s comfy enough for the price. The cover isn’t anything fancy, so don’t expect some premium-looking piece, but for what I paid, I feel like it was worth it. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. Basically, if you’re looking for something affordable and comfortable, it’s a decent buy, just know what you’re getting before you order.

It did expand after a while, but I, well, I was expecting it to puff up a bit more than it actually did. It’s not bad, just not quite as full as I hoped.

The kids have been having a blast with it, and the dog might be enjoying it just as much. Every time they start playing, he comes running over like he’s part of the crew. It’s been nice having something that keeps everyone entertained for a while, which is rare around here. I was actually trying to drink my coffee while it was still hot for once, but of course that didn’t happen. Still, big win in our house.

I got my sack it feels really underfilled. It looks big in the pictures, but once you actually sit in it, you pretty much sink straight down near the floor. I tried fluffing it up a bunch of times, but it didn’t really make much of a difference. For the price, I was expecting a lot more filling inside. Disappointing overall

After a few months of using my Ultimate Sack, I started having an issue with the zipper, so I reached out to them to see if it would be covered under the warranty...

They did end up helping me and sent out the replacement part, which I appreciated. It just took a couple of emails back and forth and some waiting before everything was finally figured out.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one either. I’m glad they took care of it in the end, but I do wish the whole process had been a little faster and clearer...

This ended up being way too small on me, and the fit just felt awkward overall. I reached out expecting some actual help, but got one of those canned apology responses that doesn’t really address the issue. Frustrating.

I bought this hoping it would be a nice spot for naps or just hanging out, but it really didn’t work out. It sinks in a weird way and doesn’t give much support, so after about 20 minutes my back started hurting and I kept sliding into the same uncomfortable spot. I also got it right when I really needed something comfy to relax on, which made the timing extra frustrating. Tried sleeping on it once and woke up stiff and annoyed. Maybe it’s fine for kids to mess around on, but for actual lounging or sleeping, it was a waste for me.

I reached out about my order it took longer than I expected to get a reply. When they did get back to me, the response felt a little brief and didn’t really cover everything I’d asked. That said, I don’t want to make it sound like it was a total disaster or anything, the product itself might be perfectly fine. I just found the support experience a bit frustrating.

The whole return and refund process has been a mess. I sent everything back and I’m still sitting here waiting for my money to come through.

As someone who likes things to look a bit more polished and put-together, this really wasn’t my style. In person, it looked cheap to me, so I ended up being disappointed.

The color was really close to what was shown in the pictures. It wasn’t an exact match, but close enough that I’m happy with it overall

I didn’t expect it to take up as much room as it does. Once I set it up in my living room, it pretty much swallowed the whole corner and made the space feel a lot more cramped. It’s also kind of a pain to move around. I can see it working well if you’ve got a big basement, garage, or spare room, but in a regular apartment, it just feels like too much.

I really thought I was going to love this sack, so maybe my expectations were just too high, but it hasn’t been that comfortable for me. It feels kind of lumpy, and I keep shifting around trying to find a spot that actually feels right.

After sitting in it for a while, my back starts to bother me, so I don’t use it much anymore. Maybe I’m just picky or not sitting in it the right way, because I can see how it might work for someone else, but for me it was a bit of a letdown

I bought this assuming it would be on the firmer side, but quickly I realized it sinks in more than I’m comfortable with. At first I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it, but after a while my back didn’t feel very supported, and getting up from it was more annoying than I expected.
Customer support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I hoped and the response felt kind of generic. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I quickly got the feeling it wasn’t worth the price for me

I was able to move it from room to room by myself, and it wasn’t bad at all. It made me appreciate when something is designed in a way that doesn’t turn a simple task into a whole project

The box was kind of beat up when it arrived, but everything inside was packed fine and looked okay. So yeah.

The stitching looks fine to me, so I feel like it’s probably made okay overall, even though the zipper sticks a bit. I’ve only used it a little, but the zipper already makes me think it might not be the best. Still, it seems alright for the most part.

Well... I got the exact size and fabric I ordered, and nothing was missing or mixed up. I did spend a little time checking everything just to be sure, but it all looked right. Overall, I’m happy with it, I just wish the confirmation email had a bit more detail.

I’m particular about keeping things easy to clean, and this cover just didn’t meet my standard. It was a pain to wash properly and took way too long to dry. For regular everyday messes, it felt more frustrating than helpful.
